Nethra Gopinath is a second-year student at the University of Iowa. She is triple majoring in Public Health, Psychology, and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology on the Pre-Medicine track. She hopes to one day attend medical school and spend her future helping those in need, especially back home in India. She is a research assistant in Dr. Kochanska’s Child Lab. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and going on runs, and traveling to new places.
