Danming An is a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Kochanska's Child Lab. She received her Ph.D. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University in 2019. Danming’s research interests include examining the effects of context (e.g., culture, parenting, family dynamics, peer relationships) and early temperament on children’s socio-emotional development and mental health, as well as investigating the implications of informant discrepancies and situational variations in the measurement of children’s social and psychological adjustment. In her spare time, Danming enjoys reading science fiction, swimming, and trying new recipes.
