Lila Terry is a fifth-year Pre-Medicine and Pre-Child Life student with plans to become a pediatric oncologist. She is a research assistant in Dr. Kochanska's Child Lab and values understanding children's cognitive and physical development for her future career. Outside the lab, Lila works as an aide at a local daycare and is actively involved in the University of Iowa's Dance Marathon program, which advocates for and fundraises for children at the Stead Family Children's Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making baked goods.
